For thousands of years, humans have used the humble dandelion as food and for it's powerful medicinal properties. As of late the plant friend has been vilified and labeled a pesky weed. This redefining is wonderful for the makers of pesticides and poisons but it is a not a good thing for us. It is time we elevate this magical plant back to the glory it deserves.

We took dandelion root, dandelion leaves, oranges, lemons, raw cane sugar and alkaline water then we combined them to create a golden delicious syrup that looks like honey, pours like honey but has it's own amazing and almost addictive flavor. You will not believe it is not honey. We promise you that there are no bees involved. This is why we call it UNHONEY.
